The terms of an account.
What you and the operator can expect of each other. Each clause says only what this service has a way of keeping.
1 · Who this is with
PewPew Renew is operated by an individual, not a company, and these terms are with that individual, as described in section 6.1 of the privacy notice. Questions go to privacy@pewpewrenew.com, the only published mailbox.
2 · What the service is and is not
What it does not do, and what it does not claim to be, is set out in section 5.0 of the front door. Read it with these terms.
3 · Using your account
Use your account for your own renewal. The only other people whose details belong in it are the ones the forms and the motivation ask about: your spouse, your employer and your referees. Do not try to reach another account's data, and do not load or probe the service.
4 · What the operator may do
The operator may withdraw access to an account that breaks clause 3.
5 · Closing an account
You can delete your account from the Locker at any time. What that destroys, and what the backups keep for up to 35 days, is set out in sections 6.6 and 6.7 of the privacy notice. The operator cannot read your vault, so it cannot hand its contents back: see section 3.3 of the front door.
6 · Who owns what
What you enter is yours. The text and code of this service are the operator's, as far as the operator wrote them. Everything else stays with its owner: the SAPS 518(a) and 517(g) forms the pack fills, the Firearms Control Act and its regulations, the C.I.P. cartridge tables, the SAPS crime statistics, and the names of makes and associations.
7 · Availability
The service is not promised to be available at any moment. Do not leave a renewal to the last day: the renewal clock is yours to keep.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
9 · When this changes
Amendments are published here, and the version and date above move with them, so the terms you are reading can always be told apart from the ones you read before.
